Took my 2013 chrysler 300 in for a recall and i just assumed id get a chrysler in return. I did not. If you take your car here i suggest letting them know what vehicle you want so you're not stuck driving a truck. Other then that they have a good service department. Only reason im giving a not so great review is because i don't want to go from a car to a truck that isn't very managable when parking in the small parking spots downtown.
Customer service was great until we agreed on a price, and then it went straight downhill. It took almost 3 hours just to write a check and get out the door. Cash check, no financing. I can understand about an hour for paperwork, but 3 is ridiculous.
May have been a fluke, but left a sour taste in my mouth.
Excellent service and great pricing on vehicles. Straight forward with their customers and offer no hassle pricing on all their vehicles

They're alright, as long as you don't have any vehicle issues after you buy from them, in my case anyways. I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon. We started having rear seat belt issues almost a year after purchase. They fixed it under warranty but weren't happy about. Had the same issue 2 weeks after getting fixed. No problems since. I was made to feel like I was lying and taking advantage of them. I had to call corporate headquarters to get my issue resolved. Also, if you don't give them 10s on their surveys they aren't happy with you. They are more concerned about getting a perfect score.
Would I buy from them again? Probably, but won't use their service/parts department. Sales staff is great.
