My experience with this office was "Just Disgusting", I say this because of the way I was personally treated. You should be treated with Dignity and Respect as a person and a client. Which, I feel, I was not. If you state that you have a problem before the Dentist begins working in your mouth and you tell them that you will hold up your hand, for them to stop or pause until you are ready, that's what they should do. Not make you feel stupid or your being childish. And, you should NEVER yell at your patient. I've been to plenty of Dentist that have never or would never treat a patient this way. Just a little FYI for this business and future clients.

Great experience with dr Jones. Their receptionists are very friendly, great with my theee children. They are accommodating of our schedules with a large family. We are always treated with respect and they make it as pleasant of an experience as possible!
