We used to love coming to this four theater mall because they had lower priced movies and the refreshments were pretty reasonable as well. Next time we'd probably choose to go to the Kearney Cinema 8 on the south side of town because now their cost is the same. While you can catch first run movies that are currently out, unlike previously when it was movies that had been out for awhile and the cost was almost half per ticket, if you go to the Cinema 8 you get a few more choices of movie, which is helpful for a family with different taste. I wish this one would go back to it's old format of older released movies with a lower ticket price. That's one of the things we liked best about it.

Used to be a four star theater that played older movies at $2+. Now it's playing newer movies at full price, but the entire theater is outdated and smells. The older guy that might be the manager is rude, too. The other workers were Ok. The "updates" they did are not worth full price tickets. Go to the other theater (cinema 8) owned by the same company, same price, and actually in good condition.

Where to start? Bad service, over priced, terrible design. Along with it's counterpart, the Cinema 8, both of these theaters are owned and operated by the same company. First off, tickets are only sold at the concession stand. This may not seem like a big deal at first. However, this little detail forces everyone to stand in the same line regardless of whether they want to buy their over priced popcorn or not. This always makes the lines and wait unnecessarily long. This is compounded by the total chaos behind the counter as no one seems to have a clue how to work as team with any semblance of efficiency. Don't get me wrong, I've got absolutely no problem with high schoolers working and even managing/supervising, but clearly when there's 50-75 people in the lobby on a Friday or Saturday night, there needs to be a mature experienced manager to run the show. I've never seen this there. Ever. I worked in a very busy movie theater in highschool as well and every shift had an adult manager. Going to the movie theater has always been pricey, but the experience made up for the extra expense. Not at the two theaters in Kearney, NE. I'd rather make the trip to Lincoln to pay less and have a much better experience.

After watching the movie, I went to use the restroom and there was a lady in a wheelchair who was struggling to use the restroom. She had a catheter and asked if I could get a cup to help her empty it and the guy at the counter would only give me a small one because he said that we would have to pay for a larger cup. I told him it wasn't for drinking but it didn't matter to him. Consequently, urine was spilled all over the floor and all over the customer. I told him that they were going to need to go in and clean it, which the lady had asked me to do, and all he said was that's just fine. I told him that she was probably going to be a few more minutes and he just said thats just fine. He was very stern and didn't really want to help and showed no concern about his customer at the theater. He continued to sit on his stool and be on his tablet. I was very disturbed at the lack of humanity and willingness to help a customer in need. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and hope that this never happens again at your facility nor do I ever hope to be treated so poorly myself by your employees. I'm sure those customers will probably not return because of his actions. And now I don't feel safe in the facility if something were to happen to me.

Very good popcorn but bathrooms and water fountain need improvement/updating and the theatre seats are kind of old, good place to catch a movie but don't shine a flashlight on the floors and seats
