From the first step into the facility everyone I met and talked to were absolutely the nicest and most professional with my son as well as myself as the parent!! Highly recommend!!!
100% would recommend Dr. Mahalek and his staff. I have had over 10 surgeries with other providers and I will say this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I had my questions answered and had them responded in a timely fashion. Thank you DR. MAHALEK AND GWEN!!!
My surgery went well but for Christ sakes have a hold line for your phone line! I have tried calling for 45 minutes 12 times to be exact and it rings busy! At least have an email address on your website to send a question to.
The wait time is ridiculous! A total of 2 1/2 hours for my husbands appointment. The doctors and staff are great but the time is huge factor of why I gave my rating.
While I have always been treated well by the staff at New West I have never had an appointment here where we didn't wait over an hour to get in. It seems like wait times are the biggest complaints from other users as well. It's a shame this doesn't seem to be a concern for the folks that work at the facility. Respecting others time should also be a priority.
