We have always had great service with Eppley Express!
This shuttle service is not dependable, nor was an alternative offered by the company (waiting until the next day isn't an alternative when you need to catch a flight on that day). At 4:45PM on this past Tuesday, I was notified that the 9:30 am shuttle the next morning had booked for my daughter to catch a flight in Omaha was canceled as they didn't have enough passengers. I was lucky enough to find a family member to transport her. My other alternative would have been for me to drive to Omaha from Aurora on my way to Dallas, Texas, the same day.
