We have rented from Kearney Rental Pros for almost four years and have almost no complaints. We really like them as our landlords and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new apartment, house, or trailer to rent. It is easy to pay rent and they are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Definitely one of the better landlords in Kearney, NE.

I leased a home from them for over 8 years and they were very attentive and extremely responsive throughout the entire duration And at the end of the lease as well. They (Vertical Focus Realty) were able to help me purchase the residence and now it is our very own home. I rented from Kearney Rental Pros last year. My roommates and I were fined because "the pipes could have frozen." Mind you, the pipes in our house did not freeze. Kearney Rental Pros had entered our house over christmas break and thought it was a tad bit chilly, so they proceeded to fine us for something that could have happened. If you are looking for a house to rent, if at all possible, rent from landlords that you can actually talk to face to face. We are now renting from a wonderful couple and have not had any problems. Unfortunately we did have to move further away from campus since Kearney Rental Pros has a monopoly around the college. It is my belief that Kearney Rental Pros takes advantage of college students because they know we do not have the means/funds to sue them.
I very much appreciated the helpfulness of the staff whenever I had an issue come up. They were always easy to get a hold of & took some kind of action quickly to get help to me in a timely manner. I never felt like they didn't care about me or my problems that came up. They were always willing to work with me to make things come out positive. I would definitely go back & rent or buy from this group of people because they do have your best interest in mind. Thank you Wendy Kreis & staff!
I have rented from 3 other rental management places and I have to say Kearney Rental Pros is the best in town. The office people are friendly and helpful. If I ever have a concern I just give them a call and it is handled almost immediately without a fuss. Also, the maintence guys are amazing! They’re friendly, helpful, and always willing to do what they can. (I had a wasps nest and they came and took it down for me, I mean come on, that’s service :) )
