18 inches of snow, 55+ mph winds for 36 hours, and no where to turn. I called, and called any business I thought I knew that could help. No answer, I get it, it was a terrible storm and people were busy. I then talked to a good friend who had used Apple Roofing before and he made one phone call on my behalf. They literally pulled a guy off a job by the name of Tim to come take a look at my problem. I was expecting the worst possible scenario, was ready for a huge let down. What I was told was the honest truth, had them look at a couple other issues and they let me know when the snow was gone they would be on my issues. It was just nice to see someone drop what they were doing and rush out in only 35 minutes to address an issue. Service in any industry is a lost art, they still get it. They will get all of my business from now on. Thank you again Apple roofing, I can literally sleep easy now. I am not always the easiest guy to work with, but they were perfect in all aspects of the job!
We are in the process of selling our house and after a major snowstorm it was discovered during a showing that we suddenly had a leak. I called Apple and Joe and Chad were there within an hour, were very friendly, found the problem and took great care of us! Great service and would recommend to anyone!
