First ill start with the service. Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to show up to seat us then had to wait again while they went and did something else. When our server arrived she seemed impatient even though we where the only ones at the time in her section. Within 5-10 minutes of getting our what they called a meal she dropped the check off not even bothering to ask if we would like desert. When we asked for a desert menu it was like we had asked her to dig a ditch with a plastic spoon. When asked for silverware for the desert I was promptly tossed on the table as she walked by. I've gotten better service from a gas station attendant.
Fast service! Excellent location! Good drink selection! Even better food! Love this place and we will be back for more!
The pizza was great! The server was great (even dealt with the loud boisterous member of our group with a smile). And the atmosphere was nice.
Now on to the food. My meal was ok at best. I've had better at McDonalds. The person with me meals was not fully cooked and cold She said that the cheese was just like eating it directly from a block of cheese. Again she had said she'd had better at McDonalds. Both of use could not finish our meals. We ordered desert and that was the best part of the meal but not by much. It tasted good once it was cooked down enough that we didn't burn our mouths on it. it was supposted to come with ice cream but within seconds of it hitting the table it was melted. This is my second visit to this location and will be my last. After my first visit there was a reason why I never came back and I remember why now
They couldn't tell the difference between their Chicago #7 and the veggie #7, took 3 tries to get it done. I spent an hour waiting. Manager finally assisted and got it fixed and discounted me heavily for the wait and the issue. Pizza was amazing when I got to eat it. Would go back even though I ran into that issue. Manager was super nice and very accommodating.
I'll preface by saying we stopped here early afternoon so it wasn't over a typical meal time. No one was at the front counter to greet us, and several employees walked by without acknowledging us. I watched and the counter remained unstaffed and the same happened to several others who came in. Long story short: I sat with an empty glass for 20+ minutes and finally had to ask for a refill; the kids' meals were skimpy, even for kids meals; our order came out wrong, although they did correct it when asked; and our server may have had too many tables as she seemed rushed and couldn't wait to listen to our requests before rushing off. Hopefully it was just an off day for everyone there, but our visit fell below expectations.
