Stopped in on a road trip from Ohio to Nevada for an oil change. All of the guys were so friendly and got us in and out in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service and the price!
As a female I'm used to companies trying to take advantage of me. This does not happen here. They are always upfront and honest about the work they're going to do on your vehical. If that ever changes, they stop and talk to you about it. There was never a time that I didn't have a say in what services were provided. These guys are very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust my vehical to any other company.
Great service and staff. I've been here several times as well as my parents and we have always received quick and quality service every time. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
I called the Jiffy Lube corporate office to voice my complaint and they told me that it would be taken care of promptly. About a week later I got a voice message from someone claiming to be their "manager" who didn't apologize but only made excuses and still blamed me for them selling me a mouse turd laden cabin air filter.
Jiffy lube has been servicing not only my car but those of my 3 children for the past few years. I keep going back because Mike and the guys are genuine and I am confident of their assessment of what work needs to be done. Never any pressure - they explain and answer my questions. They have pointed out when new tires or brake pads might be needed in the future and helped to arrange appointments with other shops when something like my alternator needed replaced. Thank you for always taking that extra step to provide excellent service and keeping my children and I safe on the road!!
I still haven't had any resolution to this issue and they still owe me $50.
Flash forward 4-5 days, I go to drive the car and it's cold and raining so I turn on the defroster and I get this stinky urine smell in my car. I take it back to these "duck-dynasty" rejects and tell them I think they sold me a filter soaked with mouse feces and urine. Sure enough, they pulled the filter and it was riddled with little black mouse droppings.
I said to them I'd like a new filter and they refused to give me a new one. So then I asked for my money back and the told me to "go f*^k myself".
Took my car to get oil change, they cut my serpentine belt to try to get me to have them replace it, then they told me I needed to replace my air and cabin air filters. They charged me $50 for the cabin filter. $140 when all said and done.
