Update to this:we arrived back in Denver and the cost to have the fuel pump completely replaced plus an oil change was less than what these scum of the earth charged us.
Used them recently after I had an issue with my rear axel. Quite a horrible experience. Named one price but I ended up paying a lot more. Really not personable and worst customer experience!
Towing customer service was great. However, they still charged me more than $350 dollars even though they didnt repair my car because THEY ordered the wrong part.
Broke down on the interstate late at night. Quick service, friendly drivers, dropped us off and picked us up from the hotel, and repair was quick and very reasonable.
Our jeep broke down on the side of I80 on the Sunday before the 4th of July. Austin came out while on call and was very professional and fast at loading out jeep and out uhaul trailer. Towed us to town and dropped us off at the jeep dealership. Gave us suggestions on some food and activities. Great employee and great service from Austin. The next day we had to get a tire replaced on our trailer and Josh came out and fixed it very fast and was very polite. Great company with great employees of your ever in need!
Scum of the earth assholes!! Deserve horrible things to happen to them. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a mechanic. These guys will nickel and dime you then not do your repair because they ordered the wrong part. We broke down on the side of the highway on a Saturday had our car towed to this place and was told they would get to it Monday. On Monday we were told it was the fuel pump and they could replace it that day. We agreed to this even though labor was over 110$ a hour. After 5 hours of waiting and our car being torn apart they then told us they ordered the wrong fuel pump and the pump would not be delievered till tomorrow. This was after we had been stuck sense Saturday and missed multiple days of work. They then proceeded to charged us for all of the work they did not do and for putting the car back together. Over all it cost over 500$ dollars for nothing to be fixed on the car. Do not go to these theives. After dealing with all of this I spoke to aaa and then proceeded to find out that they took my car to their shop without my or aaa promisson, my car was originally suppose to go to a dealership, which we would have preferred. These guys are the worst people in the world and they completely deserve what comes to them and they families.
