Terrible service. Do not pay your insurance in full! They take your money so when you want to cancel (that's if she even cancels your policies) because your rates change HIGHER without notice! (Also State Farm's policy: they do not have to tell you that they raised your rates. How's that for customer service?) I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend State Farm!
