I am happy with the way they resolved my problems and turned a negative experience into a positive one. I would recommend them based on their customer service.
I had a very bad experience. I brought in a large plasma tv to be fixed it turned off randomly. It took them a month to tell me what was wrong with it, They told me that they would let me know what was wrong with it in a few days. After two weeks I went in to ask and they had not gotten to it but said they would call me by Friday, they did not call I did they same thing the next week. Turns out they didn't even have my information in their system to even call me. They finally fixed it I brought it home and plugged it in and the fan is super loud and unbearable to listen to, I went to ask why it does this and they said they can not help with it. I am over all very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend anyone to bring something any electronics they need fixed there.
