I love using Enterprise in Kearney. The staff are always very welcoming when I come in. Justin and Rachel go above and beyond to make sure all the bases are covered each time I need a rental. They are efficient, quick, and friendly. The cars are always clean and ready to go. I rent a lot and so I see them interact with customers from all different scenarios; folks that have been in car accidents and need a rental to regular customers that rent frequently ... they are always polite and professional. I trust the team in Kearney to take care of me. That's why I always bring my business back to them.

Terrible service. We had an appointment for a pick up set with the office. They did not show. I had to call and remind them to come to the body shop. Awful. Came 15 minutes later in a car. The insurance company requested a van, we requested a van. We have 4 kids and 2 parents. That is six people and they show up in a CAR. Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible service from Rachael and Justin.

Justin went completely above and beyond in delivering to me an upgraded vehicle when I failed to make the correct rental for icy Nebraska roads. Exceptional Service and I will always use Enterprise when I travel home!
I don't usually write reviews, but after reading a poor one I decided to add my thoughts. Our car was wrecked & in body shop for what seemed like forever. They were courteous and professional. Best rental experience ever.
I am an international student studying at UNK. I rent a car often because I don’t have a car in State. I rent a car only at Enterprise even I am out of town because of great service that I experienced at Kearney branch. They are always kind and really care for customers. I am grateful to have them in Kearney. :)
