I’ve never logged a complaint in my life, however this was the worst experience renting a car I’ve ever had. The car was absolutely filthy and Management treated me worse than I’ve ever been treated. 7 years of renting cars almost weekly and I’ve NEVER had such a horrible experience. Management refused to do what was right and take care of the customer.
Overcharged us for a Hertz car rental when it was their fault we couldn't return the car on time. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would not recommend you do business there at all. Try anywhere else.
Great people. I am from Omaha left my key fob in a one way rental and they were nice enough to mail it to me!
Charged me for two extra days a month after returning the car. They pretty much called me a liar when I told them the date and time I returned the car.
