I had multiple fault codes in my audi, and they immediately helped me to diagnose the problem. It kept misfiring and wouldnt run, but after sitting overnight, it ran fine. Basically, they figured the computer could have been screwed up due to a low battery voltage, and overnight, the battery recovered enough to behave normally. They did a load test on the battery and alternator, and determined they were fine, but suggested that when driving at night, with headlights on, and heated seats running, and the added cold, it could be slowly draining the battery in that case. They recommended that i drive without the seat heaters running, and monitor voltage for the rest of my trek home to minnesota, and it worked! I think I'm going to end up getting a new battery and/or alternator soon. These audis are a bit quirky.
